Physical Description
Treasure is a gorgeous tabby cat with short fur and the most gorgeous green eyes. She has leopard spots on her tummy and the tip of her tail looks like it has been dipped in a pot of black paint.
Known History & Temperament
Treasure was rescued from the pound and has been staying with me in foster care ever since. She was very shy at first and would hide away under the bed, only coming out for food. Now she is a confident, well trained young tabby. She loves to play with her toys, especially her football. In a previous life I think she might have been a professional soccer player. She loves an under the chin tickle, she follows me everywhere but prefers to sit next to you, not on you. She does not like to eat anything but fish for both her wet and dry food. She loves tuna, this is her favourite meal. Treasure is a very sociable cat with humans and other cats. I have recently taken in another foster cat, Winston. the two of them get along just fine. they play together, eat together, toilet together and sleep side by side.
Cattitude Level
- Chill with a hint of crazy!
- Loves snuggle time, but also ‘alone’ time
Interests and Hobbies
Treasure loves to play with Winston, they chase each other in and out of the cat tunnel. She also likes to play with her ball.
Dislikes
Treasure’s foster carer can’t get her to eat anything other than fish.
Purrfect Home
Treasure would definitely benefit from being in a busy home or with another cat. She has not been tested with small children but I think she would do really well with older children.
Health Notes
She has had all her vet work done. When she first came to me she had an injury to her right shoulder. She has healed well and this does not cause her any issues.
