Physical Description

Nadia is a mix of tabby, white and a bit of a suprise orange and white belly.

Known History & Temperament

Nadia was rescued with her 4 kittens in an industrial area. She did an amazing job raising her babies and they have all been adopted. Nadia has been trying to look after herself for a while but has adjusted well to a life inside. She is still wary of hands and can run away or lash out in fear. However she loves brushes and pats, so over time she will learn to trust and know that she’s not going to be hurt.

Interests and Hobbies

Nadia loves to hang out in the loungeroom on a chair while people watch TV. She tries to be friends and play with the other cats but isn’t assertive and can be bullied by them. Nadia likes to have safe places she can hide when things get to overwhelming, like under the couch; she comes out when things settle down. She is also playful when she feels safe! She loves chasing her feather toy on a string.

Dislikes

Nadia is afraid of hands but is improving over time. She is afraid of quick movements and needs time to feel safe.

Purrfect Home

The idea home for Nadia would be with quiet, patient adults who understand her boundaries. She loves company and watching from her safe place. Could do well with a respectful calm cat who won’t bully her.

Health Notes

Nadia has been a stray cat for sometime and has had to raise 4 kittens in a dangerous industrial area. This means she can be afraid and hide, she needs time to adjust and feel safe. Hands can also be scary and she may lash out when she feels threatened, although she loves being brushed.
