Physical Description
Jessie is a petite 6 year old female cat with medium to long length fur and the look of a Maine Coon. She will need daily grooming and potentially annual clipping to keep any matted fur at bay.
We were told that she couldn’t meow but she’s had a couple of attempts, just not a lot of sound comes out!
Known History & Temperament
Jessie was surrendered by an elderly lady who was devastated to have to give her up, but had bad eyesight and kept tripping over her.
She’s easily spooked, very timid, scared of strangers and noises make her bolt and hide. Once she gets to know you, she’s full of love, purrs loudly and will give the odd love bite as she’s so happy.

Interests and Hobbies
Jessie loves being smoothed and rubbed under her chin. She’s even been known to dribble with happiness! But she is a little princess, so if you stop giving her attention she will give you a gentle tap with her paw to remind you to keep it up.
Dislikes
Jessie, as all good princesses are, is a little particular with her food. So far we have found one type of wet food she likes and two types of biscuits (all of which can be obtained at your local supermarket). She doesn’t eat much though so it’s not a bother.
She’s not keen on strangers and noises either.
Purrfect Home
Jessie’s ideal home would be a quiet one with someone who is looking for a loyal companion. She needs someone who has the time and patience to help her overcome her fears and she’ll reward them with all the love in the world.
