Physical Description

Dexter is a small short haired ginger male with white paws and chest.

Known History & Temperament

Dexter was captured in Jarrahdale after entering a home looking for food. He was semi feral and extremely scared when Impound took him in.

He has since developed into a quirky and amusing little cat whose confidence grows every day. Dexter might be a little shy as first but will develop into a friendly and happy cat with a little encouragement. He is a loving lap cat, who makes a great work from home companion. Dexter is gentle and would probably enjoy being around older cat friendly children once he got used to them. He has not lived with dogs before but might be cool with them after a slow gentle introduction.

Interests and Hobbies

Dexter loves to play and he enjoys pats, head kisses and lap time. Dexter likes the company of other cats but they can to be wary of him. He’d be very happy to have a cat friend to play with. An easy going confident cat might be a good fit for him. Dexter loves food and will eat most things put in front of him.

Dislikes

Dexter maybe shy at first and is not a fan of loud noises or sudden movements. A busy home with young children would not be suitable for him. Dexter can get underfoot when hungry and would not be suitable for a person unstable on their
feet.

Purrfect Home

Dexter would like a reasonably quiet home where he can continue to develop his new found love of life.

Health Notes

Dexter is a healthy young cat.
